The Cowboy Cabin
The Cowboy Cabin offers a queen size bed, a twin bed, a cozy armchair, closet, private bath and a dinette set along with a kitchenette. The Cowboy Cabin is perfect for the solo traveler, the couple looking for a romantic hideaway, or Mom and Dad taking the kids fishing for the weekend.
The Upper Deck Suites
Enter through a common living area that includes a dining set and kitchenette into private bedrooms each featuring a queen size bed, a twin bed, tub and shower, and dressing area. The Upper Deck Suites share a private terrace and each sleep up to 3 people per suite.
The BunkHouse
With modern-styled staircase enhanced bunkbeds consisting of two full beds and eight twin beds that sleep up to twelve people, The Bunkhouse is built to accommodate your entire group.

Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits:
A security deposit of 35% of the total amount due is required at time of booking.
Rental rates do not include taxes.
Cancellations/Refunds:
We know life happens and circumstances may arise that necessitate making a change to your retreat plans. In the event a reservation change is needed, a request must be submitted via email prior to the due date of the outstanding balance.
Any changes made will be at our discretion, but we will do our best to honor your request.
You will still be responsible for any outstanding balance, but there are no additional fees to make a date change should be able to accommodate your request.
For group events: Cancellations made prior to the 60th day, will receive a full refund. Cancellations prior to the 30th day will forfeit your deposit; however, may be used for future bookings within a 12 month period. Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to reservation date, will be responsible for 50% of the total amount due. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to reservation date, will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
For individual rooms: Cancellations made prior to the 30th day, will receive a full refund. Cancellations prior to the 15th day will forfeit your deposit; however, may be used for future bookings within a 6 month period. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to reservation date, will be responsible for 50% of the total amount due. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation date, will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
