Retreat Center Policies
Wind Rose Retreat is a non-smoking facility. Smoking within any building will result in a $250 cleaning fee for each room in which smoking is discovered.
For your safety, the use of candles or open flames is prohibited.
No pets allowed
Wind Rose Retreat is not liable for any loss, damages or claims resulting for any reason whatsoever for any events outside of our control including, but not limited to, theft, utility service interruptions, personal injury, weather, etc.
Damage to property and missing items will be charged to the person making the reservation.
Deposits,
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits:
A security deposit of 35% of the total amount due is required at time of booking.
Rental rates do not include taxes.
Cancellations/Refunds:
We know life happens and circumstances may arise that necessitate making a change to your retreat plans. In the event a reservation change is needed, a request must be submitted via email prior to the due date of the outstanding balance.
Any changes made will be at our discretion, but we will do our best to honor your request.
You will still be responsible for any outstanding balance, but there are no additional fees to make a date change should we be able to accommodate your request.
For group events: Cancellations made prior to the 60th day, will receive a full refund. Cancellations prior to the 30th day will forfeit your deposit; however, may be used for future bookings within a 12 month period. Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to reservation date, will be responsible for 50% of the total amount due. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to reservation date, will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
For individual rooms: Cancellations made prior to the 30th day, will receive a full refund. Cancellations prior to the 15th day will forfeit your deposit; however, may be used for future bookings within a 6 month period. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to reservation date, will be responsible for 50% of the total amount due. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation date, will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.
